How to graduate young horses from arena flatwork and Caprilli tests into Medium and S-Class championship ribbons.
Added in the October 2026 update and featured in v1.0, Caprilli Tests bridge the gap between daily Arena Flatwork and full stadium jumping. Horses execute rhythmic dressage figures interspersed with trot/canter ground poles and low jumps, allowing newly backed mounts to earn their first tournament experience at E Class and A Class without facing tall oxers.
Showjumping and Cross Country span five progressive tiers: E Class, A Class, L Class, Medium (M), and S Class. Qualifying for Medium and S Class demands daily Cavaletti training, high jumping scope and gallop stamina, and thorough spook desensitization so solid logs, hedges, ditches, and water complexes never cause refusals. Winning 10, 100, and 1,000 classes unlocks the Competition Successes trilogy, while entering a Low class with a maxed 100/100 horse triggers the hidden achievement That's too easy...
Outside the show ring, handlers can lead foals, yearlings, and adults on Going on Walks to build early lead manners before backing. Mounted adult horses can hack across three scenic biomes—Woodland Forest (Visit Some Trees, 97.8%), Coastal Beach (A Salty Breeze, 4.1%), and Highland Mountain (Climb a Mountain, 2.1%)—to restore morale between tournament weeks and work toward Now I've Seen Everything.
